What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):
- Establish and communicate the vision, standards, and guidelines for program management at The HBAR Foundation
- Establish necessary processes, solutions, measurements, reporting, and escalations to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives
- Champion best practices and ensure the scope, business case, goals, and success metrics for projects are well-defined, understood, measured, and reported
- Ensure adoption of standards and procedures governing the practice of program and project management and the execution of the grant portfolio
- Lead cross-organization PMO alignment and transparency efforts, including best practices, holistic resource planning, and aggregate prioritization
- Develop a program management strategy based on a situational awareness of the various business stakeholder's motivations including brand goals, regional needs, Governing Council and foundation strategies
- Develop and meet project goals, delivery strategies, and implementation plans
- Liaise with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the business
- Develop a team of program and project management professionals
- Foster accountability of cross-functional team leads to resolve project issues and ensure project success
- Conduct project post-mortems and continuous improvement sessions; ensure lessons and recommendations are incorporated
What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Masters is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-functional, operational leadership experience.
- Experience in start-ups in the fintech or cryptocurrency industries.
- Experience with foundation-wide projects involving cross-functional teams across many areas and levels of an organization.
- Broad appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
- Deep experience instrumenting data and analytics tied to organizational KPIs.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume and intellectually challenging environment.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
